This is an optional parameter for the Define and Run task actions.

The name of a reference is taken from the metadata "Name", if it exists; otherwise, it is the item's identity.

To reference assemblies in the GAC, a strong name must be used, e.g., "System.Windows.Forms, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089".

The default references are System (System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089), System.Core (System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089), Microsoft.Build.Framework (Microsoft.Build.Framework, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a), and Microsoft.Build.Utilities.v3.5 (Microsoft.Build.Utilities.v3.5, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a).
